疫情封闭期间，张江公证处持续提供远程视频公证、部分事项在线申请一次都不跑、易存在线证据保全、云遗嘱等在线服务，考虑到当事人在封控期间使用公证书的需求，我处组建了专门队伍保证公证文书的出具，目前可为当事人即时提供带核验二维码的电子版公证书，并可根据需要以官方电子邮件直接将电子版公证书送达使用部门并提供线上核验服务，纸质版公证书则将在封闭结束后补寄给当事人。
Since the whole city is shut down due to coronavirus, Zhangjiang Notary Public Office will continue to provide remote video notarization, wechat mini app for online application of part of the notarizations, “Yicun” online evidence preservation, “Cloud” online will, etc.. Considering the applicant’s urgent use of notarial certificate, the office has built a special team to ensure the issuance of the notarial certificate. Now the office can provide an electronic notarial certificate with a QR code to be verified. If necessary, the office can directly send the electronic notarial certificate by offcial email to the department for which the certificate will be used and provide online verification service. The paper version of the notarial certificate will be expressed to the applicant after the coronavirus.

notarization of no criminal record for foreigners
无犯罪记录公证常用于移民、留学、探亲，或在国内外应聘工作等事由。上海作为外国人最多的城市，我们面临为境外人提供更专业法律服务的挑战。现我处整理了在中国居住或曾经居住过的外国人申请无犯罪记录公证所需材料和办理流程，供有需要的人员参考。
Notarization of no criminal record is often used for immigration, studying abroad, visiting relatives, or applying for a job domestically and aboard. In Shanghai, the city with the most foreigners, we shall provide more professional legal service for foreigners. Our office has compiled the documents list as well as the application process for reference.

1现行的有效护照。
Current Passport.
2在中国居住期间所使用的全部旧护照。
Old Passports which cover the whole residence period in China.
3临时住宿登记单。
Registration form of temporary residence.
4上海市公安局出入境管理部门出具的无犯罪记录证明。
A no criminal record certificate issued by the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Shanghai Public Security Bureau.

5无法亲自申办的，须出具授权委托书。

6上述材料是基础材料要求，具体申办时有可能根据申请人的具体情况会要求提供其他补充材料，比如劳动合同、工作证明、学习证明、毕业证书等。
All documents listed above are basic materials. The notary public office may require more materials if necessary as labour contract, working/studying permit, graduation certificate etc.
B办理流程
Process
1申请人应本人携带护照原件前往公证处申办，申请人应提供需申请无犯罪记录的具体期间。
The applicant needs to go to the notary public office and bring his/her current passport. The applicant shall tell the detailed period for one’s no criminal record he/she applied for.
2如申请人已经出境，则须委托一名代理人携带代理人的身份证件前往公证处申办。
If the applicant is abroad, then ask someone as the entrusted person and go to the notary public office with his/her ID card or current passport.
3携带材料清单所列明的材料原件，申请人已出境，委托他人申办的，可提供护照复印件。
Please bring the original documents listed in the Document List. If the applicant is abroad and entrusts another person to apply, he/she can bring a copy of the applicant’s passport.
4需提供授权委托书，委托书上载明委托受托人办理无犯罪记录公证。同时应提供申请人手持该委托书及本人护照的照片。
Provide a Power of Attorney to ask the entrusted person and in this P.O.A. you shall make a statement which illustrates that you ask your entrusted person to make the application for no criminal record notarization for you. Also you shall take a photo holding this P.O.A and your current passport.
备注：
1、本申请办法适用于外国人申办无犯罪记录公证，中华人民共和国香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区及台湾地区居民参照适用本办法。
2、关于上海市公安局出入境管理部门出具的无犯罪记录证明，可参考：《公安部关于印发〈公安机关办理犯罪记录查询工作规定〉的通知》。
Remarks:
1. This application method is applicable to foreigners applying for notarization of no criminal record, and the residents of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan area ofthe People's Republic of China shall apply these measures as a reference.
2. For the no criminal record certificate issued by the Exit-Entry Administration department of Shanghai Public Security Bureau, please refer to: Notice of the Ministry of Public Security on Issuing the “Regulations Concerning the Investigation of Criminal Record by Public Security Organs”.
